How do I place an order?

Order through our website or Whatsapp. For customized orders, please contact us via Whatsapp. All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. 
Can you recreate a bouquet exactly like the reference?

We cannot make 100% exactly the same. Every arrangement is handcrafted, and flower availability may vary, making each piece unique.
Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

No. Full payment is required to confirm your order. 
Are your arrangements negotiable?

No. All prices are NETT.
Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, payments can be converted into store credit.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we do accept bulk and corporate orders. 
Can I pick up my order?

Yes, self pick up is available.
Does the price include delivery?

No. All arrangements are excluding delivery fee.
Are money bouquets made with real money?

Yes, all money bouquets are using real bank notes. We do not accept using fake bank notes.
